I am seeing a few users losing access to their tokens because they are being sent from the Tique Case wallet I developed to their RelayX funds address instead of their paymail.
PLEASE SEND TOKENS FROM TIQUE CASE TO RELAYX VIA PAYMAIL ONLY (for example, email@example.com). Use the address only if you are a developer or know what you are doing.
If you have sent RUN tokens to your RelayX address on accident, please follow these steps to recover.
Before proceeding, PLEASE BACKUP YOUR RELAYX SEED PHRASE, AS WELL AS YOUR TIQUE.RUN SEED PHRASE.
- Go to: https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
- Save this webpage to your Desktop so you can check the keys of your seed offline.
- Open the HTML page saved offline in your browser.
- Paste your RelayX seed in the BIP39 Mnemonic field.
- Change the Coin field to BSV.
Scroll down to the list of addresses, the first address should match your RelayX funds address - you can confirm this by checking this page while logged into RelayX in your web browser: https://relayx.com/wallet/receive
Copy the Private Key value on the same row as your address. This is the key that holds your tokens if you accidentally sent them there.
Navigate to tique.run in your browser.
Open the Console, and enter the following:
localStorage.ownerKey = 'your_copied_private_key'
then hit Enter
Your screen should look like so:
Refresh the page.
Your tokens sent to the RelayX address should now display in the Tique Case wallet.
Make sure you have BSV in your purse, then send these tokens to YOUR RELAYX PAYMAIL.
