It’s been a long day. I’ll keep this real short since I’ve only got about 3 minutes to write this out. It’s my wife’s birthday today and we just got back from a really expensive steakhouse. Just had a 100 day dry aged tomahawk ribeye and a 30 day dry aged porterhouse steak. They were okay. Needed some salt. Wasn’t the mind blowing flavor I was expecting. Bill came out to $630 after the tip. A little more than I thought I’d be paying but oh well! Time to post before the cutoff!
