Update on Personal Diet Challenge. (Day 35)

How ya’ going? CoingeekNY begins in a few hours. Really looking forward to some of the panels and discussions. I’ll wake up early tomorrow to catch the tail end of Day 1.

In other news – as per my diet challenge (Update 1), (Update 2) – I am still struggling with sugar cravings!

I have drastically cut down yet finding it difficult to stomp out completely. How does one get past this hurdle? It is quite frustrating.

Apart from sugar problems, things are going pretty well. I am feeling the most content I’ve felt in years. I can feel my stamina and energy levels growing every day. Mood levels are stable, emotions are felt intensely, and memory has improved. Also, I must add - I sleep like a damn baby now.

Additionally - I’d like to eventually spruce up my supplement and health inventory.

My next shop will include:

  • Omega3
  • Vitamin C
  • CBD Oil (If I can get my hands on this in Melbourne)
  • Probiotics
  • Chamomile
  • Ginseng

This list is compiled based off my personal research, though I’m not educated in health and nutrition science. It may be helpful to consult with a dietician down the track…

Similarly, if anyone has any advice for me, please reach out! It will be a huge help to be recommended some supplements which hold noticeable and positive results.

A very short post today. After 34 consecutive days of writing, I think I’ve experienced my first writer’s block. I won’t let this deter me.

Anyway, I was listening to a Freakanomics Podcast at work the other day. I searched everywhere trying to find the outro composition playing under the commentary. After frustratingly sifting through the composer’s library – nothing was found.

I did, however, find some of the composer’s other relaxing works… Made for a nice bike ride today:
